I provide hope and promote change in partnership with my clients so they can live happy, healthy, productive lives.

My focus

I work with adults, families, teens, and children who struggle with trauma, anxiety, depression, relational and general life stress, and addiction.

My approach

I meet each client where they are at, with empathy and understanding, as we work together to identify treatment priorities and goals and create a realistic plan they can successfully accomplish. I most frequently use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Motivational Interviewing as well as Dialectical Behavioral Therapy.

My communication style

My communication style is open, honest, and approachable. I am a good listener, empathetic, understanding, and nonjudgmental. I want my clients to feel comfortable and know that I care about them.

My journey to mental healthcare

I have always been able to recognize people who were hurting and would reach out to them with a smile or kind words, listen to their stories, and encourage them to pursue help and healing. Life is complicated. We all need help navigating through the ups and downs of life. I am here to help.

My goals for you

My approach to goal setting starts with getting to know each other and building trust and openness. From there, we work together to determine goals and action plans, and determine what success looks like so we can track and celebrate progress.

Our first session

In our first session, we get to know each other so that we can begin building a healthy therapeutic relationship. You talk about how you've been feeling, and we explore together what may be involved and what you want to accomplish in therapy.
