My approach

I use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Cognitive Processing Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, and Mindfulness Skills to help you develop new ways of thinking and coping. I will tailor our dialogue and treatment plan to meet your unique and specific needs.

I am a compassionate, open-minded therapist. I like to create a space that is safe for my clients to express themselves fully.

My journey to mental healthcare

I was attracted to this work as a young child due to mental health concerns in my family. I wanted to understand and help. I am passionate about this work due to my own mental health needs, which I believe gives me an extra edge to help clients.

Our first session

Our first session will be spent exploring your unique history and what brings you to therapy. We will spend an hour getting to know one another. I want to know more about you. What brought you to therapy? What was your childhood like? What are you passionate about? Once we get a good history, we can discuss possible goals for therapy.
