I work with children, teens, and adults dealing with life transitions and social pressures, specializing in girls' and women's issues. This often takes the form of anxiety, depression, grief, stress, or trauma. I help clients navigate these periods and build skills to feel better about themselves and develop a more positive outlook.
My approach
My approach is person-centered. I work collaboratively with clients to identify treatment priorities and create a safe space. I use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Trauma Focused-Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing to support healing.
