I believe that therapy is not about fixing who you are-it's about reconnecting with the self you may have lost along the way. I enjoy working with adults, as well as those who are a part of the LGBTQ+ community, BIPOC community, and anyone who is on a journey of self-discovery and healing.

I enjoy working with all types of individuals from all walks of life, young to elderly, men and women, those within the LGBTQ+ or BIPOC communities. No matter what you are facing, I strive to provide a comforting and empathetic environment.
