I focus on healing from traumas in your life, whether they are big or small, since both can impact your work and relationships in big ways. I also help heal attachment wounds and inner child wounds. I also specialize in ADHD and neurodivergence.
My approach
I have an electric model to care for clients. I use the Rogerian approach as a base to provide a warm, empathic environment without judgment. I also include evidence-based treatment modalities such as EMDR, DBT, and CBT to help make the healing process efficient and progressive.
