I'm ready to join you on your journey, wherever you're headed. I specialize in individuals navigating PTSD, depression, schizophrenia, addiction, anxiety, and anger, as well as couples working on ground rules, boundaries, and communication skills.
My focus
Whether you've spent a long time in therapy or are just starting, you're in the right place. My military background means I provide excellent PTSD and MST treatment, especially for veterans. I'm also experienced working with severe addiction and psychosis. I love helping clients create treatment plans, set goals, and work toward them.
My approach
I use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Motivational Interviewing to help you figure out what you really want and why. I focus on providing skills to reduce distressing emotions right now, giving you breathing room to focus on your internal world. I'm a big believer in humor and joy in therapy.
