My approach
My approach is eclectic, as each person has their unique identity. I use Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy to help you identify and reshape unhealthy thoughts and patterns. Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing helps process traumatic events. I also incorporate mindfulness and attention to the whole body, mind, and spirit.
