My journey to mental healthcare

In high school, my counselor told me I should consider a career in counseling. At the time, I thought I was going to become a doctor—but here I am, doing the work I was truly meant to do. Growing up in an urban city exposed me to a range of experiences that shaped who I am today.

My goals for you

My goal is simple, I want you to leave therapy feeling better than when you came. How is this accomplished? By collaborating with my you to set realistic, specific and measurable goals.

Our first session

I will greet you warmly and provide a safe, nonjudgmental space where you can speak freely and feel supported. I'll ask you thoughtful questions, validate your feelings, and help you define realistic, achievable goals for your therapy journey.
