My journey to mental healthcare

In high school, my counselor told me I should consider a career in counseling. At the time, I thought I was going to become a doctor—but here I am, doing the work I was truly meant to do. Growing up in an urban city exposed me to a range of experiences that shaped who I am today.

My goals for you

My goal is simple: I want you to leave therapy feeling better than when you came. How is this accomplished? By collaborating with you to set realistic, specific, and measurable goals. By establishing trust, safety, and rapport to create a space where you feel comfortable exploring challenges.

Our first session

I will greet you warmly and provide a safe, nonjudgmental space where you can speak freely and feel supported. I'll ask you thoughtful questions, validate your feelings, and help you define realistic, achievable goals for your therapy journey.
