I'm Pasifika, body positive, and first generation. I work with elders, women, and Pacific Islanders navigating life transitions, grief, and identity. I bring warmth, cultural understanding, and a deep respect for your story.

My focus

I specialize in working with first-generation persons, women, Pacific Islanders, elders, seniors, geriatrics, grief, loss, caregiving, and life transitions.

My approach

I use Narrative Therapy, Person-Centered practices, and CBT. I'm not here to fix you but to bring value to your life and help you become a better version of yourself. I'm also a death doula with extensive experience supporting the grieving, bereaving, and caregivers.

My communication style

I have a gentle, considerate approach. I ease into courageous conversations and difficult questions in ways that challenge you mildly. If you need someone who honors your feelings while still pushing growth, we're a good match.
