My focus
I have a particular clinical interest in working with teenagers and adults to build self-esteem and help with guidance through life transitions. I like to help individuals achieve the self-confidence they may have lost after becoming a parent or through a divorce.
My approach
I offer a safe and supportive space for my clients to feel comfortable discussing their lives. I use a multitude of approaches in my therapy but strive to meet my clients where they are emotionally and modify my treatment based on each client's needs.
