I have experience helping clients with stress and anxiety, coping with addictions, relationship issues, developing motivation, changing negative thoughts and behaviors, and developing healthy self-esteem.
My approach
I use an eclectic mix of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, trauma-focused therapy, and mindfulness to challenge negative thoughts and behaviors. With these tools, you can develop healthier coping skills and a calmer mind and body, understand your mental health challenges, and decide which behaviors to change.
