I am so excited to work with you. I know that starting therapy can be overwhelming. As you take your first steps, my goal is to start where you are at and guide you in discovering what you need from therapy.
My focus
I have worked with a variety of clients (young, old, and everything in between). Some minority populations I have worked with include women, immigrants, children of immigrants, adoptees, refugees, and Hispanics.
My approach
My approach is client-centered. Therapy is about reaching your own goals so that you can feel more confident in your life. That may mean processing past traumas, learning to set boundaries, and receiving guidance in learning how to cope with stress. We can figure it out together. Note: Upon request, I can also use Catholic approaches.
