My journey to mental healthcare

I became a provider because I’ve always been drawn to understanding people’s stories and supporting their healing. My own growth and experiences showed me the power of compassionate care, inspiring me to help others find clarity, resilience, and a path forward.

I help clients clarify what they want to change, set realistic and meaningful goals, and break them into manageable steps. We review progress together, adjust as needed, and move at a pace that feels safe and empowering, creating steady, sustainable growth.
