My approach is primarily based on developing a supportive and safe atmosphere where we can discuss and address sensitive issues. I strive for my clients to feel heard and understood while working together to find the best solutions to help them achieve their therapeutic goals.

My journey to mental healthcare

I became a therapist to help others overcome difficult and overwhelming traumatic experiences they may have experienced throughout their lives. I continue to do this work because of the amazing people I have met through this work, who have shown me the resilience and strength they have to overcome their struggles and achieve their goals.

My goals for you

I see therapy as a collaborative, supportive approach where the client leads the way toward the therapeutic goal that matters to them, and I offer them the tools to help them achieve those goals.

Our first session

During the first session, we will discuss the expectations and limitations of therapy. You will help me understand your life story, and I will answer any questions or concerns you may have about the process.
