I am Dana Kremidas, LMSW. Anxiety, anger, depression, ADHD, and other issues can affect your daily living and feelings of self-worth. Whatever makes you seek therapy, I can help you with a non-judgmental and compassionate attitude. I am on your side and want you to get better, so you can live your best life.
My focus
I typically work with people who suffer from Anxiety, ADHD, anger, and depression. I also work well with others who come with different presenting issues. If you want to work with someone who will understand you and do their best, I am your woman. I will do whatever I can to make sure you feel better.
My approach
The most common theoretical approaches I use are Mindfulness, DBT, and CBT. I am training to become certified in EMDR and Tapping as well.
