Hi there, I'm Sarah!

Reaching out can be the hardest part. I want to create a safe space for you to share. I specialize in working with those navigating life transitions, stress, anxiety, and OCD. I take a client-centered, collaborative approach, tailoring each session to your unique needs and goals.

My focus

I work with adolescents and young adults. These are not easy times, and sometimes we just need a cheerleader who has our backs and reminds us we can handle hard things. I'll work with you to create a plan for growth that feels empowering and achievable.

My approach

I use cognitive-behavioral therapy to help you identify and reshape unhelpful thought patterns. This hands-on approach gives you tools to feel more in control of your emotions and behaviors. Based on your needs, I may include Exposure and Response Prevention to build tolerance to stressors.
