My specialties include severe mental health conditions, trauma, and grief and loss, but my approach can be tailored to each individual. We work together to figure out what is bothering you the most and develop unique plans to overcome your obstacles.
My approach
I use cognitive-behavioral therapy to help you identify and reshape unhelpful thought patterns. This approach is hands-on and gives you tools to feel more in control of your emotions and behaviors. Based on your unique needs, I may adapt my approach to include practices like mindfulness.
