I am certified in Trauma Informed Assessment and Intervention and have training in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, and Exposure and Response Prevention for treating OCD.
My focus
I am comfortable working with clients aged 7-60 and have a great deal of experience in treating Trauma, Anxiety, OCD, Depression, and symptoms related to PANS/PANDAS/Autoimmune Encephalitis.
My approach
I use a person-centered approach, allowing clients to set their goals and providing a safe space and supportive environment to move them in the direction of their goals. I use many tools related to Trauma Informed Practice as well as Exposure and Response Prevention.
