My journey to mental healthcare

I was drawn to therapy because of my deep passion for helping others navigate life's challenges and find healing. Witnessing the resilience of individuals as they work through trauma, anxiety, and addiction is both inspiring and rewarding. I'm also a counselor educator, training the next generation of therapists.

I take a collaborative approach to goal setting, working with you to identify meaningful, realistic, and achievable objectives that align with your values and needs. I help you break larger goals into manageable steps while maintaining flexibility for adjustments as progress unfolds.

During the first session, you can expect a warm, welcoming, and nonjudgmental space where we begin building a strong therapeutic relationship. We'll discuss your concerns, background, goals, and past treatment experiences. I'll provide an overview of my therapeutic style and answer any questions.
