My focus

I typically work with adolescents and adults on a range of concerns, including depression, anxiety, and addiction. This can also be a good fit if you are navigating life transitions, difficulties at school or work, peer relationships, and self-esteem.

My approach

I primarily use person-centered and cognitive-behavioral approaches to help you identify and work towards your goals and I adjust my approach based on each persons needs. This is a collaborative process and I meet you where you are at along the way.

My communication style

I strive to make my sessions comforting, open, and calm with a conversational tone. It is not often in our lives that we get an hour to fully dedicate to ourselves, to work on ourselves, and to be heard- I allow you to use that hour in session.
