I am a direct communicator with strong active listening skills. My approach helps people learn to talk easily about difficult things. Creating an accepting atmosphere is critical for your comfort.

My journey to mental healthcare

I come from a large family that traveled extensively, exposing me to different cultures and countries. This gave me an expanded sense of humanity and appreciation for how everyone makes life work. I discovered early that I gain great delight in meeting new people and discovering what makes their heart sing.

My goals for you

We will identify specific, clear goals and break them down into smaller, measurable achievements so you are aware of your progress. We will have planned opportunities to evaluate progress and make adjustments. I believe it's important to continue reevaluation as we generally learn more about what we hope to achieve as we expand our awareness.

Our first session

During initial sessions, we develop an atmosphere for openly discussing concerns. It can take a few sessions to develop sufficient trust. We will talk about general life goals, what you find to be in the way of your success, and what you've tried that has not satisfied you. We'll identify how you will know that our relationship meets your needs.
