I have put my focus on working with depression, PTSD & trauma, anxiety, BPD, and those on the Autism spectrum. I enjoy working with neurodivergent adults and folx in the LGBTQ+ community.

I bring Positive Psychology to my sessions! I incorporate theories such as Strengths-Based, Feminism, and Eco Psychology. I am trained in harm reduction, EMDR, and Prolonged Exposure therapy, and I am a Certified Autism Spectrum Disorder Clinical Specialist.
