Hi there, I'm Eva!

I am passionate about serving adults and teens in a wide variety of areas, including depression, anxiety, relationship distress, trauma, and life transitions, among many more.

My focus

I consider myself a generalist, so I work with most areas of concern. My niche areas include: depression, anxiety, autistic spectrum diagnoses, life transitions, identity concerns, trauma/PTSD, aging and existential issues, relational distress, and more.

My approach

I consider each patient to be a very unique individual and formulate the best approach after collaborating with you on your specific goals and needs. I am certified in EMDR, a trauma-informed approach, and also utilize several other orientations in my practice, including CBT, supportive, and existential.
