I'm glad you've chosen to start your mental health journey. I specialize in anxiety, depression, ADHD, PTSD, and trauma. I take a client-centered collaborative approach, encouraging you to discuss your needs and goals. I'm here to provide a safe and supportive environment where we can work together.

My focus

I work with clients struggling with anxiety, depression, trauma, ADHD, PTSD, life transitions, self-esteem issues, and difficulty communicating emotions. We'll use methods that work best for you, allowing you to oversee your recovery while I guide and support you.

My approach

I use play therapy, CBT, Narrative, Mindfulness, Internal Family Systems, and EMDR. I tailor your sessions to fit your needs and encourage your growth. Together, we'll identify your challenges and work on strategies to help you move forward with confidence.

My communication style

I prioritize clear and open communication in a supportive, non-judgmental environment. I practice active listening and encourage you to reflect on your experiences. It's important to me that we discuss how you want to proceed and what methods make you comfortable.

My journey to mental healthcare

I became a therapist because I wanted to help others understand that past events don't define them but can make them stronger. Watching my clients gain positive regard for themselves and discover their strengths has been deeply rewarding.

Our first session

Our first session is an opportunity to get to know each other and understand your journey. We'll discuss your history, concerns, and symptoms, and begin our healing process. Nervousness is normal. We'll take our time to build trust and comfort at your pace.
