I am a compassionate and client-centered Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC) dedicated to supporting individuals on their path toward healing and personal growth. I provide a safe, nonjudgmental space where clients can explore their thoughts, emotions, and life experiences at their own pace.

I draw from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, trauma-focused strategies, psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused techniques to help you build insight, develop coping skills, and accomplish your goals.
