My communication style

I value holding space for clients that is nonjudgmental. I want clients to feel they can be themselves, find validation regarding their unique challenges, and feel supported in their personal growth.

My journey to mental healthcare

I grew up in a family where both my parents worked in the mental health field. I witnessed the impact they made in the lives of others by simply showing kindness and genuine care. I believe this fostered a deep sense of compassion in me to encourage people in the same way.

I like to work collaboratively with clients as they decide a specific focus for the goals they want to accomplish.
