I utilize a strengths-based approach in my practice and enjoy working with a variety of clients.
My focus
I work with individuals 18 and over. I typically work with caregivers, seniors, young adults, and those making life transitions. I work with individuals who experience symptoms of depression, anxiety, mood disorders, and ADHD. Other areas of interest are promoting healthy self-esteem, spirituality, and helping clients explore their strengths.
My approach
I use a variety of therapeutic approaches in my practice as I believe clients have unique challenges. Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT) is a modality I utilize that helps clients grow in the areas of learning emotional regulation, distress tolerance, mindfulness, and interpersonal effectiveness skills.
