My journey into this work began with a deep passion for supporting individuals and families navigating emotional and life challenges. Over time, my experience in life and mental health field strengthened my commitment to creating a space where people feel understood, supported, and empowered to heal and grow.

I work with you to set realistic, meaningful goals based on what matters most to you. Together, we break them into manageable steps, build practical skills, and track progress along the way. I also help you understand patterns that may be holding you back so change feels sustainable.

Our first session

The first session is a chance for us to get to know each other in a comfortable, low pressure space. We’ll talk about what brings you in, your goals, and what support you’re looking for. You can ask questions, and together we’ll begin creating a plan that feels right for you.
