I am a good listener, compassionate, genuine, and empathetic. I like to meet patients where they are, anticipate their needs, and meet those needs so that they can function optimally.

My journey to mental healthcare

I enjoy caring for people, and my role as a psychiatric nurse exposed me to many challenging situations that motivated me to obtain my degree to provide a higher level of care and continue to advocate for my patients.

My goals for you

I encourage patients to set short-term and long-term goals, and it takes a gradual process to meet them so they are not overwhelmed.
