Hi there, I'm Bryn!

I am honored to be a part of your healing journey. With over 20 years of experience, I bring wisdom, intuition, warmth, and compassion to our sessions. I am able to identify areas that are keeping you stuck that you are not able to see yourself in. I provide a safe and healing space for you to explore your life and yourself.

My focus

I work with adults who experience anxiety, stress, and overwhelm. I also specialize in navigating life's transitions, women's issues, relationship challenges, grief and loss, and trauma of all kinds.

My approach

I integrate traditional talk therapy with somatic, energy, and mindfulness practices. This approach releases stored emotion and trauma from the body, which results in a decrease in emotional intensity, stress, and overwhelm. When somatic work is involved, things that have been holding you back for years can be released for good.
