I provide compassionate, strengths-based therapy for teens and adults, helping clients manage anxiety, stress, and meaningful change. With a trauma-informed, nonjudgmental approach, I also support clients working through trauma, substance use challenges, and depression.

I work with clients navigating anxiety, depression, school or work stress, life transitions, substance use, trauma, or behavior concerns. Many feel overwhelmed or socially anxious and need a safe, supportive space. I help you build skills, gain confidence, and reconnect with your strengths.
My approach
My approach is warm, collaborative, and tailored to your needs. I use evidence-based methods like CBT, ACT, EMDR, Tapping/EFT, and play therapy, and incorporate Sandtray when helpful. I support healing and help you build confidence, create meaningful change, and work toward your goals. My therapy dog, Ozzie Ray, often joins sessions for comfort
