My journey to mental healthcare

I found my love for the mental health field after graduating from college. I started my career working directly with children, adults, and families who had significant mental health struggles. This started a new love for seeing and helping people grow into someone they wanted to be.

My goals for you

I see therapy as a partnership. We will work together to set clear and specific goals to help you reach your optimal self. Creating goals is a fluid process so we will check back on your goals on a regular basis to make sure they are continuing to align.

Our first session

I like to start sessions by really getting to know who I am working with. We will start by discussing current concerns, past concerns, and your ultimate goal with therapy.
