Hi there, I'm Kristin!

I am an open-minded and integrative clinician who tailors the therapeutic approach to meet the client's needs in an effort to help them reach their Optimal Growth potential. I work with ages 13+ and have experience treating trauma, depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder, and anger issues.

I have experience working with clients aged 13+. I have extensive experience in treating anxiety, depression, trauma, mood dysregulation, and interpersonal issues.

My approach

I am an integrative therapist who meets clients where they are at. I pull from a variety of therapeutic approaches and tailor the treatment to the specific needs of each unique client.

My communication style

I like to provide a warm, open-minded, and welcoming environment for all clients so that they feel comfortable being open and honest in session. I am transparent with my knowledge, warmly direct with my communication, and like to provide psychoeducation to assist in each client's growth.

My journey to mental healthcare

I chose to become a therapist to help others reach their Optimal Growth potential. I believe that everyone is striving towards their own level of health and wellness and sometimes needs assistance to reach their goals. I find myself as a source of support and catalyst for change on each client's unique journey.

I believe that goal setting should be a collaborative process where the client identifies their personal goals, and I help to tailor the goals based on the therapeutic needs identified.
