I work with individuals ages 14 and up, couples, and families. I am trained in Brain Spotting, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Bowenian Therapy, and Motivational Interviewing. I have extensive experience with parenting and attachment issues, personality disorders, and trauma across the lifespan.

My journey to mental healthcare

I started doing therapy as it seemed like the logical progression to my career, as at the time I was a child protection worker. I found I could do more good as a provider than as a case manager.
