My communication style is warm, calm, and validating. I create a supportive, nonjudgmental space where women and teen girls feel heard and respected. I offer gentle guidance, clear feedback when helpful, and collaborative conversation throughout the therapeutic process.

My journey to mental healthcare

I was drawn to this work through both professional training and lived experience. Seeing how stress and trauma impact women’s bodies and nervous systems shaped my passion for offering compassionate, body-centered care that honors each person’s pace and process.

My goals for you

I help women and teen girls clarify meaningful goals and break them into manageable steps. Together, we build nervous-system regulation skills, increase body awareness, and adjust strategies over time so progress feels supportive and sustainable.

Our first session

The first session is a gentle introduction focused on safety and connection. We’ll explore what brings you to therapy, discuss goals, and begin building trust. There’s no pressure to share everything at once; you set the pace.
