My focus
I enjoy working with people of all backgrounds, from teenagers to all ages. The issues that I see most often, and am very comfortable treating, include trauma, a variety of phobias, social anxiety, anxiety disorders and worry, perfectionism, avoidance, indecision, depression, job burnout, and low motivation.
My approach
My approach to therapy is to ensure that the client's needs are being met in an ethical and evidence-based manner. I use a variety of modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), skills from DBT, ACT, Narrative Therapy, and Polyvagal Theory of teaching self-regulation strategies.
