I work with couples by helping them to clarify and express their wants and needs to their partner, as well as help them to identify causes for feeling lonely and disconnected so that you each feel not only listened to but really heard, so that they experience improved communication, increase emotional stability, and learn how to manage conflict.

My journey to mental healthcare

My journey began as a victim advocate, supporting individuals through trauma, crisis, and complex systems that often felt overwhelming and unjust. That role led me to pursue advanced training and licensure as a provider. I became a provider to offer deeper healing, safe spaces, and lasting change for those seeking quality mental health care.
