Feeling stuck or overwhelmed? I'm glad you're here. I work with people experiencing depression, anxiety, personality disorders, behavioral issues, relationship challenges, trauma, and crisis. I take a brain-based, person-centered approach to address root causes of mental and emotional challenges, and my goal is for us to work as a team.

I work with adolescents anxious about transitioning to adulthood, parents having difficulty with behaviors and connecting to their kids, and older adults navigating illness, caregiving demands, and grief. If you struggle with relationship issues, past trauma, and mental health symptoms that prevent you from enjoying life, we can work together.
