My communication style

My priority is to be as personable as possible. I offer humor, empathy, support, active listening, patience, and reflection. Our sessions can be energetic and fun, they can be insightful and calm, or they can be vulnerable and emotional. I will meet you where you're at in a non-judgmental environment.

My journey to mental healthcare

My passion for providing therapy is rooted in overcoming my own trials and tribulations. I see it as one of the highest honors to walk with you through some of the most difficult experiences of life, as well as the mundane issues that inevitably arise along the way. I want to make sure you aren't navigating hardships on your own.

My goals for you

My goal for you is to find the inner healing and strength you need to feel success from therapy, and that will come from addressing your unique needs. I'll support you earnestly in identifying and working towards your goals, while working with you to find ways to achieve them outside of session, too.

Our first session

Our first session together will be introductory, giving you the opportunity to share your story and your hopes for therapy while allowing you a chance to get to know me as well. Our relationship is important to me. The more comfortable you are with me, the more you will put into therapy, and the more you'll get out of it.
