The environment I like to create is a relaxed, laid-back environment. I like my patients to feel comfortable talking to me and opening up.

My journey to mental healthcare

I myself have dealt with mental health, so I feel it helps that I can relate to some of it. I enjoy knowing that I can use my empathy and compassion to offer patients support in challenging times.

My goals for you

In my practice, I like to set goals with patients that are specific, measurable, attainable, relevant, and time-based. Making sure that the goals are patient-centered and something patients really want to work towards.

Our first session

During our first session together, we will do a comprehensive assessment. This is a thorough evaluation of an individual's cognitive, emotional, and behavioral well-being, aiming to identify potential mental health issues and create a personalized treatment plan.
