Everyone has times when things aren't going the way you planned or hoped. Starting therapy is a great step toward feeling more confident and equipped to meet challenges when they arise. I work with clients navigating life transitions, anxiety, depression, and self-esteem challenges.
My focus
I work with teens and adults on challenging the need to be perfect and finding ways to have peace. I work with clients experiencing school or job stress, anxiety, depression, friend and relationship issues, and challenges with self-esteem. I also enjoy working with athletes on the mental aspect of sport.
My approach
I use a strengths-based approach to help you identify and build upon capabilities you already have to address current and future issues. I use tools from cognitive-behavioral therapy to build skills in reframing unhelpful thought patterns. I incorporate your feedback every session to adapt my approach.
