My communication style

Open, transparent, and understandable communication between my patients and I, allowing for informed decision-making. I provide emotional support to alleviate stress, anxiety, and emotional challenges that may occur in exploring mental health concerns.

My journey to mental healthcare

As a nurse, I saw the stigma that was put on people who had drug addictions and or mental health issues, and it made me want to be a resource and advocate for them.

My goals for you

The process is always collaborative and patient-centered. The idea is to understand their priorities, helping them identify achievable goals, and supporting their efforts to reach those goals.

Our first session

Patients should expect a thorough assessment of their concerns that lead them to seek treatment, as well as their needs and goals. We will then work together to formulate a plan to achieve their goals.
