Hi there, I'm Karen!

I am Karen Johnson, MS, LPC, NCC. I love working with women as they navigate the many layers of life - relationships, motherhood, career, and personal growth. My approach is collaborative, compassionate, and practical. I specialize in narcissistic abuse recovery, relationship and communication challenges, anxiety, self worth and personal growth.

My focus

I typically work with women in all life stages. I am skilled in treating relationship issues to include codependency, narcissistic abuse recovery, and conflict resolution, as well as providing support in finding purpose, personal growth, and self-worth.

My approach

My therapeutic approach is highly person-centered. I infuse psychodynamic therapy into my practice to uncover patterns and reveal deep insights, along with CBT, to reveal and challenge negative thought patterns. I also use Narrative Therapy to help you see yourself and your story through a new, more accurate, healthier lens.
