My journey to mental healthcare

I got my start as a behavioral health technician. After seeing counselors and therapists do groups and individual therapy, I knew that was where I belong. I truly enjoy my job and thrive at helping people make their life the best quality that it can be.

I ask you what your goals are in the first session. As sessions continue, I share my ideas about goals that are realistically achievable for you.

Our first session

During our first session, we begin to learn from each other. I describe my personality and approach, share my expectations, and ask what your expectations are. I ask a handful of questions to understand where we are starting together. At the end, I ensure you feel completely comfortable and have no lingering questions.
