Hi there, I'm Rebecca!
I am a Licensed Professional Counselor with experience working with individual adults of all ages. I earned a Master of Arts in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Webster University and am a Webster Institute for Clinical Scholarship alum, where I received specialized training in cultural competency utilizing the Ecological Model in Counseling.
My focus
I work with adults navigating anxiety, depression, life transitions, trauma, and other challenges. Together, we’ll build coping skills and create a personalized growth plan that feels empowering and achievable. I believe everyone can change and have it within themselves to resolve their own problems, with therapy offering guidance and support.
My approach
I integrate multiple therapeutic approaches through an ecological lens anchored in Person-Centered, strengths-based, and trauma-informed therapy, with a particular focus on somatic experiencing, mindfulness, affect phobia, and the autonomic nervous system’s relationship and adaptation to social behavior and our daily lives (Polyvagal Theory).
