I joined this field of mental health counseling because I knew I wanted to help, understand, and guide others in the search for discovering themselves.

My focus

My experience includes working with adults on a variety of focus topics such as addiction, anxiety, depression, trauma, life adjustments, and self-exploration.

My approach

I often tell clients, "life sometimes just sucks," and in those "sucky" times, we cope with what we know. Sometimes what we know is not the healthiest form of self-love. We will embark on that journey together, in what taking care of you means and what living your life to the fullest can be, no matter what life brings.
