I help adults understand and navigate trauma, troubled relationships (or simply wanting to improve their existing relationships), life transitions, career and school challenges, health-related goals, and more.
My approach
I offer evidence-based approaches along with traditional talk therapy supported by a person-centered 'you first' philosophy. While worksheets and workbooks are often useful, I won't let those get in the way of your voice. I care most about what's on your mind.
