Hi there, I'm Angela!

I’m a Licensed Professional Counselor with over 20 years of experience helping adults navigate trauma, anxiety, depression, grief, and major life transitions. I use a warm, collaborative approach that combines evidence-based therapy with EMDR and expressive arts to help you understand patterns, heal from painful experiences, and move forward.

My focus

I work with adults experiencing trauma and PTSD, anxiety, depression, grief, chronic stress, and difficult life transitions. I especially enjoy helping people who have survived painful or overwhelming experiences and are ready to understand how the past is affecting the present and create meaningful, lasting change.

My approach

My approach is trauma-informed, integrative, and individualized. I draw from EMDR, CBT, expressive arts, mindfulness, somatic and other evidence-based approaches based on your needs. Together, we look beyond symptoms to understand patterns, build effective coping skills, and address the experiences that may be keeping you stuck.
