I exemplify a calm, accepting, and safe demeanor, making it easy for clients to open up. I listen to understand not just the words spoken but the emotions behind them. I want you to feel seen, heard, and understood. I keep things real in a respectful way as I challenge irrational thoughts and foster hope.

My journey to mental healthcare

At a young age, I knew I wanted to help people. I was the trusted, loyal friend people confided in. I started right away in the field, and I'm still going strong.

My goals for you

I see myself as a partner with my clients. After all, you are the expert of you. Goal setting must be a collaboration between us. As I listen to your story, I'll ask what you want to address first, and we create a treatment plan from there. The goals will guide our sessions toward your desired outcomes.

Our first session

The first session is about building a trusting therapeutic rapport. I'll do a lot of listening as you explain what brought you to therapy and what your goals are. We may go over any pre-assessments you've filled out, which allows you to share more of your story. I allow you to ask any questions you may have.
